BION offers free shipping for eligible orders above RM500 within Malaysia, as advertised on our website.

Estimated delivery periods published in our Shipping & Return Policy are:

• West Malaysia: approximately 4–5 working days.

• East Malaysia and overseas: approximately 8–12 working days.

Delivery periods are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, public holidays, customs clearance, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Orders are delivered through third-party logistics providers.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and contact information.

7. Returns, Exchanges and Hygiene Policy
